Lisann Rommerskirchen is product development manager and has been with r2b energy consulting since 2020.

At r2b, Lisann is responsible for the development and sales of new products and services and supports the management in the development of new business areas and subsidiaries such as solarea. She is also responsible for public relations and marketing at r2b and is our contact person for press inquiries, publications, and events.

Previously, Lisann worked as Head of Sales and Marketing at ATHION, a technology company for the digitization and management of complex energy systems. Before that, she was Managing Director of the Austrian subsidiary of Next Kraftwerke, the operator of one of Europe’s largest virtual power plants, and headed the finance and product development departments of the parent company in Germany.

After studying business administration, Lisann worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Energy Economics (EWI) and the Chair of Energy Economics at the University of Cologne. She wrote her diploma thesis on “Portfolio Management in Emissions Trading” under Prof. Dr. Axel Ockenfels.
